Shipping policy

NELVIS VILLEGAS ships to any part of Colombia and the world. Orders are dispatched on the next business day after your purchase.

For domestic shipments within Colombia, each order is sent via Servientrega or Envia. For international shipments, we use DHL Express or FedEx, unless you request an alternative shipping method by contacting nelvisvillegas@gmail.com. Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Our goal is to ensure all shipments arrive on time. However, NELVIS VILLEGAS is not responsible for any conditions beyond our control. This includes delays due to weather, service interruptions, or any national-level issues.

The shipping process begins when the product leaves the NELVIS VILLEGAS warehouse and arrives at the destination address (1-3 business days).
