NELVIS VILLEGAS Return and Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you can exchange it within five (5) days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, products must meet the following requirements:

  • They must not have been used, washed, or damaged.

  • They must have the original tag.

  • The purchase invoice must be presented.

  • Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer. Please send or bring the items to: Calle 32 # 29 – 98 piso 2 Av. Mariscal Sucre, Sincelejo Colombia.

For exchanges or returns due to a manufacturing defect, you must make the return no later than three (3) days after the purchase. No extensions will be granted, and you will receive a product in good condition. NELVIS VILLEGAS will cover the shipping costs for these cases.
