Shipments and deliveries

NELVIS VILLEGAS ships to any location in Colombia and around the world. Orders will be dispatched on the next business day after your purchase.

For shipments within Colombia, each order will be sent via Servientrega or Envia. For international shipments, we use DHL Express or FedEx, unless you request another shipping alternative by emailing nelvisvillegas@gmail.com. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email so you can monitor its status.

Our goal is to ensure all shipments arrive on time. However, NELVIS VILLEGAS is not responsible for any conditions outside our control. This includes delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or any other national-level conditions.

The shipping process begins when the product leaves the NELVIS VILLEGAS warehouse and ends upon arrival at the destination address (1-3 business days).
