Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you can exchange it within five (5) days from the date you receive the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, products must meet the following requirements:

• They must not have been used, washed, or damaged.

• They must retain the original tag.

• The purchase receipt must be presented.

• Promotional items cannot be exchanged.

• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be paid by the customer. Please send or bring the item to: Calle 32 # 29 – 98 piso 2 Av. Mariscal Sucre, Sincelejo Colombia.

For exchanges or returns due to a manufacturing defect, please make your return within three (3) days after the purchase. There will be no extensions, and a new product in good condition will be provided. NELVIS VILLEGAS will cover the shipping costs.
